Online Service Portal
The client is a collecting society that collects royalties and distributes them to artists.
In order to increase the online activity of customers, the client built a new service portal. The initial development started with some basic online services.
After the successful first launch, another 20 services have been integrated to the online platform in more than 25 sub-projects. Besides the continuous development of the system, maintenance is also part of the project.
As project manager, i am responsible for administrative issues such as controlling and reporting, as well as for the development and advancement of (international) team members. As a requirements engineer, I work closely with various stakeholders to design new services, develop concepts and define requirements in user stories.

Manufacturing Execution System
The customer is a major supplier to the semiconductor industry that is developing a new product line and investing significant effort in digitalizing the production process.
My role was to manage a sub-project that included the integration of several machines and workstations into the new MES.
To achive software delivery in time and quality needed, I was working in requirements engineering as well. This involved close communication with mechanical engineering departments and understanding the technical challenges with the machinery to be built.
Moreover the client was building a new internal software development organization including up to 50 scrum teams, organized by using methods from the SAFe and tribe frameworks. I partly contributed to this effort in a community of practice.

Digital Complaint Management
The project was set up due to a regulatory requirement, obliging German banks to establish new processes in the managementof customer complaints.
Therefore a digital register for was to be built, taking into account channel-specific characteristics since complaints reach the bank in very various ways.
The register was realized by an external supplier/dev team. Initially I entered the project as a test manager, quickly changing to requirements engineering and business analysis, due to the need of documentation in system design and processes before software implementation could start.
In the second half of the project my role then changed to test management and test automization, including the coaching an internal team of manual testers.

Digital Event Hub+
Product development project for a cloud-based event and asset management software. It allows users to create and allocate tickets, assign them to other users and manage them in a traceable way.
The software allows tickets to be be received, stored in wallets, and used for on-site admission using mobile apps. The verification of authenticity is secured by a blockchain.
As the responsible project manager I was defining requirements with various early stage customers and planning the implementation with the external team of developers. My role also included prioritizing and testing the product increments using the Kanban method.

Seating+ App
Project for the development and support of individualized systems and mobile applications for integrated and holistic guest management at large events, including automated guest communication, admission control and navigation in the event location.
Customers are mainly sport clubs and sponsors, e.g. in the Bundesliga, using the app to guide guests in the VIP areas of stadiums and create an individualized event experience.
Besides sales support and client management, my role was to ensure the continuous improvement of the user experience by defining the requirements in close communication with the external dev team.

Digital Sweepstakes & Lead Generation
Project for planning and implementation of lead generation systems on an online or mobile basis, including frontend development, planning of database structures and interfaces to affiliated systems in the area of CMS or automated communication.
Mainly those apps contained quizzes oder mini games in order to gain contact information of potential customers at business and public events.
My role included onboarding new customers to the system and individualization planning to achive a consitent look and feel with their brand. Also I supported sales and client management.

Digital Ticket Management & Webshops
Implementation project for a ticket management software, using commerce solutions in the area of ticketing/sports marketing.
Tickets can be recorded, distributed and released over several hierarchical levels. This allows a flexible handling of big contingents, for example in major events such as Champions League oder DFB Cup with several hundred or thousands of tickets and seats.
My role was to onboard new customers to the system and individualize it according to their requirements in cooperation with an external developer. Moreover I supported national and international sales for aquiring new clients.
